Im 18 and i have one tattoo on my right shoulder and i want to get another tattoo but i dont where i should put it on my body without it stretching overtime because i am still growing. I was planning to get one on my inner biscep of my right arm but i figured it would stretch because i know im going to build more muscle their. I never heard of tattoos stretching over time but i still dont see how a tattoo wouldnt stretch if your body continues to grow.
